Completion Certificates

Learners receive completion certificates via email once they successfully complete modules, roleplays, or exercises.

• Delivery: Certificates are automatically sent to the email address associated with the learner’s account.

• Format: Certificates are included in email and badges are linked and can be downloaded for easy sharing. 

• Timing: Emails are usually delivered within a few minutes of completion, but may take up to an hour in some cases.

• Troubleshooting:

  Didn’t receive your certificate?
  Check your spam or junk folder, verify your account email with your facilitator, or contact support if it’s been more than 24 hours.
