What is a completion certificate?
A completion certificate is issued once you finish an activity in Bodyswaps. It serves as proof that you completed it.
When you receive your certificate
Your completion certificate is emailed to you after you complete an activity in Bodyswaps.
Why your email address matters
If you self-register for Bodyswaps, double-check your email address for typos when you enter it. Your certificate is sent to whatever address is on file, so a mistyped email means the certificate won't reach you.
If you haven't received your certificate
- Check your spam or junk folder. The certificate is sent from admin@bodyswaps.co.
- If you still can't find it, contact your facilitator. Facilitators can look up your certificate under the Users area, or — if the activity was completed as part of a class — within that class's progress data.
