What is AI Coach?

After completing an AI Roleplay, you may be invited to meet with an AI Coach. This is a short, voice-based conversation designed to help you reflect on the experience — how you performed, how you felt, and what you might take away from it.

Your facilitator sets the questions in advance. You choose who asks them.

📋 Prerequisites AI Coach is available on all Bodyswaps plans and roleplay templates. Your facilitator must have enabled it for the session. Requires version 3.6 or later.

Choosing your coach

When the roleplay ends, you'll be taken to the AI Coach screen.

Select 'Edit Coach' here you can choose:

• Your coach — select from one of five coaches:
  • Holly
  • Shanaya
  • Miguel
  • Hassan
  • Tahlako

• Their demeanour — choose how you'd like your coach to communicate with you:

Once you're happy with your choices, click Apply to continue.

The coaching session

When you're ready, the session begins. Your coach will ask you five questions by voice. These are based on your roleplay experience and are designed to prompt honest reflection. Take your time with each response.

At the end of your session

After the fifth question, you'll be presented with the following options:

• Try the roleplay again — return to the beginning of the AI Roleplay
• Try AI Coach again — restart the coaching session with the same or a different coach
• Submit your AI Roleplay transcript — send a record of your roleplay to your facilitator and yourself
• Submit both transcripts — send a record of both your roleplay and your AI Coach session

⚠️ If your facilitator has made transcript submission mandatory, you will need to submit before exiting. You can still choose to try the roleplay or AI Coach again first.

Transcripts are sent to you by email after the session. Your facilitator can view them in the class view if the session was run within a class.
