FAQ: Why are my students accessing the wrong AI Roleplay customisation?

What’s the issue?

Customised AI Roleplays can now be assigned directly to a class, outside of a Pathway.

However, if you assign an AI Roleplay this way and your users access the class content on an app that is running version 3.3 or earlier, all Organisation or Public level customisations for that template type (e.g. Debating) will be available to them. 

This means it's likely your learners will not be accessing the customised training that you prompted for them. 

How can I fix or work around this?

✅ Ensure all users update their Bodyswaps app to version 3.4 or later. 

Who is affected?

• Learners accessing AI roleplays assigned directly to a Class.

Customisations assigned via a Pathway are not affected.
