Known Bug: Why am I getting 'Customisation Download Error' when trying to play Open Conversation Roleplay?

We’re aware of a bug affecting Open Conversation templates created after 11 February 2026.

This issue occurs because the Open Conversation template now requires app version 3.5.1 or later to function properly.

What to Do

  1. Check your app version.
    Make sure you’re using version 3.5.1 or higher.

  2. Update the app if needed.
    If you’re on an earlier version, update the app and try again.

  3. Still experiencing issues?
    If you’re already using version 3.5.1+ and the error persists, please submit a ticket through our Request Support page.
