Why am I getting 'Customisation Download Error' when trying to play a Roleplay?

An error in the app impacts users attempting to utilize roleplays on out-of-date app versions.

This issue occurs because the roleplay template now requires the latest app version. Find more information in on the latest app version in our Downloading the Bodyswaps App article.

What to Do

  1. Check your app version.
    Our AI Roleplays require Bodyswaps v3.6.0 to run - if you try to launch a Roleplay in an older version of the app, you will receive the 'Customisation Download Error' until the app has been updated.

  2. Update the app if needed.
    If you’re on an earlier version, update the app and try again.
