What's happening
A bug in app version 3.6.1 causes modules to freeze during playback, preventing learners from continuing. There is no error message — the module simply stops responding.
Affected modules
This issue has been confirmed in the following modules:

- Verbal Deescalation of Responsive Behaviours
It may also be present in other modules. If learners report a freeze in any module, this issue is the likely cause.

What to do now
There is currently no workaround. If learners encounter a freeze, advise them to exit the module and wait for the updated version before attempting to continue.
Fix and timeline
Version 3.6.2 is scheduled for release on 29 May 2026 and will resolve this issue. Whether the update applies automatically will depend on your deployment method. If you are unsure how your organisation receives app updates, contact your IT administrator or reach out to Bodyswaps Support.
