If you are seeing a blank “Title” screen within the app, please note:
This is a known bug affecting users with devices set to Shared 1 – Logout Warning or Shared 2 – Auto Logout.
Workaround:
To resolve this issue:

Open the Settings within the app.

Change the Auto Logout setting to NEVER.

Remind users to sign out manually at the end of their sessions to maintain account security.

Before beginning, learners should go to Settings > User Profile to confirm they are signed into their own profile.
