BUG: Blank "Title" Screen Appearing

If you are seeing a blank “Title” screen within the app, please note:

This is a known bug affecting users with devices set to Shared 1 – Logout Warning or Shared 2 – Auto Logout.


Workaround:
To resolve this issue:

  1. Open the Settings within the app.

  2. Change the Auto Logout setting to NEVER.

  3. Important:

    • Remind users to sign out manually at the end of their sessions to maintain account security.

    • Before beginning, learners should go to Settings > User Profile to confirm they are signed into their own profile.
