How to Add Bodyswaps to Your Quest Fleet via Meta’s Horizon Managed Services

If you're using Meta for Education or Meta for Work and would like to deploy Bodyswaps across your fleet of Meta Quest devices, follow the steps below to request access to our Private Release Channel via Meta’s Horizon Managed Service.

✉️ Invite Bodyswaps as a Developer

  1. Sign in to Meta Admin Center using your organization’s administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to one of the following two paths to invite a developer:

    • Option A:

      • Go to Organization settings in the left-hand menu.

      • Click Invite next to Invite developer to upload and share private apps.

    • Option B:

      • Go to Apps & content in the left-hand menu.

      • Under Manage apps, click the button next to Add app.

      • Select From developer from the dropdown.

  3. When prompted for the developer’s email address, enter: support@bodyswaps.co

  4. To enable Bodyswaps to share private apps with your Admin Center, you’ll need to provide your Organization Key. You can choose to:

    • Share it immediately during the developer invite process, or

    • Generate and send it later, by doing the following:

      • In Admin Center, click Organization settings.

      • Click Generate key.

      • Copy the generated key and email it to support@bodyswaps.co.


✅ Confirmation and Next Steps

Once your invitation has been received, the Bodyswaps support team will follow up with next steps to complete the app provisioning process.

📩 Tip: Make sure to whitelist emails from @bodyswaps.co so you don’t miss any communications regarding deployment.
