How to find in-app settings on all devices

Read about the features you can change from the settings menu and how to access it.

What’s included in the Settings menu?

The Settings menu allows you to manage key app features, including:

  • Voice recognition

  • Device usage mode
    (See our Device Usage Modes article for more details.)

  • Language
    Changes the app text and instructions to your preferred language when translations are available.

  • Reset app
    Clears app history and is a recommended first step when troubleshooting.

  • Check for updates
    Checks for content updates (not app updates).

  • System information 
    Displays your current app version, device identifier, and connection status to required services (only available in app version 3.5 or later).

Accessing Settings

Select a device name below to jump to the relevant section:

 


To access settings on PC/Laptop:

You must be in the Virtual Training Center Lobby (module selection page) to access your settings. From here, click the circle with three lines in the top left-hand corner and select Settings.

Ensure to select 'APPLY' to make changes to the device.

 

To access settings on a Quest 2, 3, 3s:

You must be in the Virtual Training Center Lobby (module selection page) to access your settings. From here, press the Menu Button on the left hand-held controller and select Settings.

Ensure to select 'APPLY' to make changes to the device.

 

To access settings on a Pico Neo 3:

You must be in the Virtual Training Center Lobby (module selection page) to access your settings.  From here, press the 'Y' Button on the left hand-held controller and select Settings.

Ensure to select 'APPLY' to make changes to the device.

 

To access settings on Android / iOS Mobile Devices:

You must be in the Virtual Training Center Lobby (module selection page) to access your settings. From here, click the circle with three lines in the top left-hand corner and select Settings.

To access settings on a HTC Vive devices: 

To change your settings, you must return to the Virtual Training Center (lobby). Once back in the Virtual Training Centre press the Menu Button on the left hand-held controller and select Settings.
