Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

This new update adds additional security by enforcing that users logging into Bodyswaps Go are secondary authenticated via an SMS code.

Multi-factor authentication is a security feature that we can apply to your Bodyswaps Go account, please contact support@bodyswaps.co if you'd like this to be applied to your account and find instructions below.

After logging in for the first time to an account set with MFA on, users will be presented with this pop-up:
Screen capture of phone number set up screen on an account with MFA enabled

Please note the phone number must include the country code (but without the + or 00).
Example (using UK code): 44 1234 987654

An SMS to verify this is their number will be send to the user and the screen will change to this:
Phone number verification screen with instructions, text input field, and submit button.

On successful verification of the code they will see:
Screen capture showing successful multi-factor authentication enrollment with a "Continue" button.

This will take them back to the login screen.
They will have to log-in again and re-enter a new SMS verification number.
They may also be challenged with a reCaptcha like below.

Screen capture of reCAPTCHA verification screen asking to "Select all images with stairs" with nine image options.

Once set up, the user will need to enter the code they receive via SMS each time they log on to Bodyswaps Go
