Multiple Devices Error on Meta Quest

Why this happens
This issue most commonly occurs when one Meta account is being used across multiple Quest devices.
Meta does not allow a single Meta account to be actively used across multiple Quest headsets for this experience.
Recommended solution:
Create a separate Meta account for each Quest headset.

If each headset has its own Meta account and you're still experiencing issues, follow the steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Reinstall Bodyswaps

Uninstall Bodyswaps from your headset.

Restart the device.

Reinstall the app from the Meta Store.

Launch the app again.
2. Turn Off App Sharing
If the issue persists:

Open Settings on your Quest headset.

Go to Accounts.
-
Select App Sharing.

Toggle App Sharing off.

3. Perform a Factory Reset (Last Resort)

A single Meta account cannot be used across multiple Quest devices for Bodyswaps.
Each headset must have its own individual Meta account.
