The code I was given isn’t working anymore

Details on how to request a new code

  • Reach out to your Facilitator (or the person that invited you to use Bodyswaps) and request a new code.
  • If they're unavailable, fill in a Support Form, make sure to indicate that you’re requesting a new code in the Ticket Name or Description. Please also include your organisations/college name. 
  • A ticket will be created automatically and shared with our Support Team who will respond immediately during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK)
