Details on how to request a new code

If you're trying to join a class or access Bodyswaps and need a new code, follow these steps:

1. Check Your Invitation Email

If you previously received an email invitation:

  • Open the original invitation email.

  • Click the link in the email again to generate a new code.

  • Be sure to enter your name and email exactly as you did before.

2. Contact Your Facilitator

If the email link no longer works or you didn’t receive one:

  • Reach out to your Facilitator or the person who invited you to use Bodyswaps.

  • Ask them to generate and share a new code with you.

3. Submit a Support Request (If Needed)

If your facilitator is unavailable:

  • Fill out the Support Form.

  • In the Ticket Name or Description, clearly state that you're requesting a new access code.

  • Include the name of your organisation or college to help us locate your account quickly.


Tips for a Smooth Request


    • Double-check your email address and spelling when resubmitting details.

    • Add support@bodyswaps.co to your email safe sender list to ensure delivery.
