Details on how to request a new code
If you're trying to join a class or access Bodyswaps and need a new code, follow these steps:
1. Check Your Invitation Email
If you previously received an email invitation:

Open the original invitation email.

Click the link in the email again to generate a new code.

Be sure to enter your name and email exactly as you did before.
2. Contact Your Facilitator
If the email link no longer works or you didn’t receive one:

Reach out to your Facilitator or the person who invited you to use Bodyswaps.

Ask them to generate and share a new code with you.
3. Submit a Support Request (If Needed)
If your facilitator is unavailable:

In the Ticket Name or Description, clearly state that you're requesting a new access code.

Include the name of your organisation or college to help us locate your account quickly.
