If they're unavailable, fill in a Support Form, make sure to indicate that you’re requesting a new code in the Ticket Name or Description. Please also include your organisations/college name.
A ticket will be created automatically and shared with our Support Team who will respond immediately during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK)
