      What's new in the Bodyswaps App for version 3.1

       

      Version 3.1.1 resolves a bug in our new Job Interview Roleplay

      🆕 Content Updates

      New

      • Job Interview AI Roleplay
        A major revamp of the classic module featuring:

        • Panel interviews

        • Follow-up questions

        • Customisable question sets

        • New interactive features

      Updated

      • TeamSTEPPS Simulator
        Minor updates to align with the TeamSTEPPS Toolkit modules.

       

       

      🧑‍🏫 Classes Page Update

      • Beta Tags Removed: The "beta" tags have been removed from AI Roleplays, Classes, and Pathways.

      • Legacy Classes Page Removed: The previous classes page has been deprecated. All functionality is now accessible via the new class page.

      • Tags and Invite Status: You can now see both tags and invite statuses on the Classes page.

       

      📥 Learner Export

      • A CSV export of class learner data is now available from the new class page via the menu dropdown.

      • This brings back the functionality previously found on the legacy class page.

      • Note: This export does not currently include pathway completion status. 

         

       

      📊 Quiz & Questionnaire Export

      A new feature allows you to download all Q&Q data from a class.

      Accessing the Export:

      • Navigate to a class

      • Open the menu dropdown

      • Click "Download Quiz Results"

      This triggers a CSV file download containing all quiz and questionnaire responses across all assignments in the class.

      CSV File Format:

      • Time of Answer

      • Assignment (e.g., Pathway)

      • Unit where the question appeared

      • Question Text

      • Question Type: MCQ, Freeform, or Likert

      • Learner’s Answer

      Notes:

      • Survey responses from modules are not included, only those from pathway units.

      • If no data is available, a CSV with "No results" will be generated.

       

      🗂️ Pathways – Assigning Simulators

      • A dedicated Simulators tab has been added to the Assignments section.

      • Previously, AI Roleplays appeared under modules, making them harder to find—this update simplifies access.

       

      🛠️ Fixes and Improvements

      • The PIN entry button has been returned to the main training centre screen,
      • Quiz & questionnaire results not showing, 
      • Plus sign can now be used in emails during the class code self enrolment process, 
      • User will now return to the main training centre screen when the pathway is complete,
      • Consistent formatting on observation and survey pop-ups,
      • UI update to clearly show when content is being downloaded,
      • Job Interview Simulator error with voice alternative input, 
      • Hands disappearing in Navigating Angry Conversations module when played in VR, 
      • Microphone permissions popup for Mac and Windows apps.
