Why is a black screen appearing after opening the Bodyswaps app?

If a black screen appears when opening the Bodyswaps app, this could be due to being connected to a managed WiFi network.

Managed WiFi networks can block various websites from being accessed. Often universities or companies utilize managed wifi networks. 

Whitelists

Please reach out to the network administrator and request the following endpoints are whitelisted (or allowed) on the network:

 

Alternate WiFi Network

If you are unable to whitelist these endpoints, attempt access to the Bodyswaps app via a different wifi network.
