This article provides instructions on registering and signing in to Bodyswaps Go.
Getting Started
To use Bodyswaps Go, you will need an account.
If you are an administrator for your organisation or they would like you to create an account, you should have received an invite email from Bodyswaps asking to register and create a password.
- Click on the invite email and follow the instructions
- Create a password
If you haven’t received an email, please contact Bodyswaps Customer Success. Please also check your spam to make sure the invite email hasn’t gone there.
Signing In
Once you have registered, you can visit the website portal at go.bodyswaps.co
- Type in your email and password.
- If you forgot your password please click Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
- Please wait a few moments while the system fetches your details.
- Depending on the user account type, some tabs may not be visible to you.
Note: Not every user requires a Bodyswaps Go account to access the modules. Instead, they can be invited to join a Bodyswaps class.
Signing out
To log out, go to the menu in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, click on the settings icon and select Logout.
