Short codes

This article shows you how to sign into the Bodyswaps apps with a short number code.

Using a virtual keyboard to enter email addresses and passwords in VR can be frustrating. To make signing in easier we use instead a six-digit number (called a short code) that you enter into the our app via a number dial pad on the welcome screen.

The process is:

You sign in to Bodyswaps Go using an email and password combination. Click here for additional details on registration and sign-in.
You generate a short code, via the 'My Modules' tab (learn more here)
You enter the short code into the app. Click here for the Bodyswaps app download links.

For security reasons, the short codes must be used within a specified time period, but you can generate as many as you like.

Code Overview

User Generated: 10 minutes
Device Anonymous Code: 10 minutes
Individual code in a class (admin, coach or learner generated): 72 hours
Group class code: 1 hour
