Bodyswaps Administrator
All you need to get started with Bodyswaps if your Bodyswaps role is Administrator.
Administrators are typically Learning Technologists, Instructional Designers, Program Directors, or others helping their entire staff and students use Bodyswaps successfully.
Understand your license
- Go to Insights.
- Locate your current user count, device count, or minute count — this shows how much of your license allocation has been used.
- Locate your expiration date — this shows when your license renews or ends.
To add additional licenses or extend your license, reach out to your account representative.

Before assigning access, review the different roles available in Bodyswaps Go and what each one can see and do.

AI Roleplay is one of the core content types learners engage with. Review the guide before building out Classes or assigning content.

Set up Classes
Classes let you group learners — for example, by cohort, team, or program — so you can assign content and track progress at the group level.

Enroll learners
Once your Classes are set up, add learners so they can access their assigned content. Depending on your setup, this may be by manual entry, CSV import, or self-enrollment.

Get familiar with Bodyswaps Go
Bodyswaps Go is where day-to-day admin and educator activity happens. Key areas:
- Insights and Reports — usage and performance data: completions, scores, and engagement trends across your learners.
- Educator Home — the educator's landing page, surfacing their Classes and assigned content at a glance.
- My Modules — the modules an educator has built or been assigned to deliver.
